Your account will be managed by one of our account managers who will collaborate with you or your staff on a weekly basis providing reports, updates and assessments of your social media accounts.

It takes about 7 days for our team to put together your Ad Campaign(s) before we can launch anything. This is the process where we audit your business needs and marketing strategies to identify the best keywords for your campaign goals as well as to create an impactful click-through page to convert customers.

Once everything is set up, we have to wait for Google to approve your Ad  Campaign(s) before it goes live. From that point forward, we should start seeing clicks and impressions within a few hours. Most campaigns start small, and the campaign(s) remain in learning mode for the first 3 days on the Google Ads platform. Once learning mode has concluded, the Ad Campaign(s) goes into optimisation mode and we’ll continue to manage and monitor things from there to help them yield the best results.

We have a minimum Google Ads Management fee which is covered in our package pricing and covers the set up, design, research and continuous management of your Google Ads.

For custom packages, this is typically 10-20% of the ad budget. Pricing based on a percentage of ad spend is more common than paying by the hour. As the budget for ads increases, our agency’s work is also increased, so it works in this way.

There is no need to sign a contract, however, we do have a client on-boarding form that needs to be completed. Additionally, an agreement will give you more flexibility and options in terms of service selection and payment options.
